  1. There is an axis to the universe of computation.
  2. Among human beings, the axis is oriented between “masculine” and “feminine” poles.
  3. When it comes to societies, human beings end up generating “the trifunctional system,” (of specialization based on the means of coercion available to human beings in society).
  4. Civilization specializes these different forces operating within it (the coercive potentials) because of the particular advantages (of division of the labor of calculation). In producing these specializations, human beings developed something we call LAW; Command Law, Religious Law, and Traditional Law (or Natural Law).
  5. From time immemorial to the present (~1900), almost nothing changed.
  6. Everything changed after the industrial revolution.
  7. After about 1900, we adapted to our new condition (state?) with vast material increase. We are no longer materially constrained within the previously existing compromise (cooperative agreement) between women and men (feminine and masculine intuitive biases, as represented by the trifunctional system of calculation, or “Sexual Evolutionary Strategies,” and “Group Evolutionary Strategies”).
  8. Human beings (from the materially plentiful Civilizational core and sequentially outward from there) thought and behaved as if they were no longer constrained by the previously existing cooperative agreements, and began to innovate.
  9. The previously existing Cooperative Agreements were mutual in nature. Men and women cooperated together in evolutionary computation, each bringing their own intuitive specialization to “the (various) marketplace(s)” for the satisfaction of human needs.)
  10. Western Civilization specialized (primarily) in the incremental suppression of irreciprocity within the agrarian tradition. (Via negativa, Natural Law, Liberty).
  11. In Western Civilization, because of the preindustrial reality (prior to ~1900) of childbearing, the human beings participating in the polity were overwhelmingly male.
  12. The polity of Western Civilization specialized in the incremental suppression of male antisocial behavior for the last ~50,000 years.

Industrial Western Civilization (generating a state of plentitude) for the last ~100 years expanded the influence of women in the polity (Social Space, economy and franchise (to vote)) what has happened is that women have (obviously) expressed their preferences and biases in these (trifunctional) realms of Civilization.
  14. This increase of influence of female intuitions and biases has expanded both pro-social aspects of feminine (interests) as well as anti-social aspects of feminine (interests). These antisocial aspects of feminine behavior in the polity have not been reciprocally suppressed by our social constitution, unfortunately.
  15. This situation suggests that it is necessary to reform the laws of Western Civilization, in order to balance the social influences within the trifunctional system through the (appropriately reciprocal) suppression of female antisocial behavior.
  16. This will allow us to properly divide the (computational) labor of Civilization in all our specializations of intuition, bias and preference, without externalization (irreciprocal imposition of our will on others).
  17. In the end, this is the simple contextual problem of evolutionary opportunity that Western Civilization has created for individual personal human expression.
  18. Men know what represents “bad behavior” by other men, and this has been suppressed for thousands of years.
  19. Women do not suppress other women, they encourage them in their behaviors (however antisocial).
  20. What has happened in Western Civilization is that Pandora’s Box of female potential behavior has been released to influence the polity without having a mechanism to suppress female antisocial behavior.
  21. (This does not mean that “female antisocial behavior” is limited to female behavior, as it is represented in men, though to a lesser degree. This means that the division (of computational labor) by the entire polity is represented by the axis of Left-Center-Right, ranging from feminine biases towards male biases.)
  22. This division of labor turns out to be based upon the moral intuitions (value structures) of the individuals (NOT upon Reason). This reflects the Group Evolutionary Strategy of the polity.

It is necessary for the survival of Western Civilization (in its trifunctional form, and within its Group Evolutionary Strategy) to increase the scope of the Law to equally (reciprocally) suppress behavior that originates in the female method of antisocial, antipolitical and anti-civilizational behaviors and crimes.
  24. This change in the Law is necessary to protect the Institutions of Cultural Production of Western Civilization, including the economic-, social-, moral-, as well as civilizational aspects of them.

(In this process the trope that “women were oppressed” will be discontinued, and substituted with the more accurate representation that they were in a mutually beneficial reciprocal cooperative, pro-social agreement with men, as an exchange in the sexual marketplace, necessary for the persistence of the civilization.
  26. Failure to adequately balance the female method of antisocial behavior poses a distinct existential threat to our civilization and has destroyed some six civilizations in the past.
  27. This imbalance sterilizes the population genetically, generatively and also sterilizes civilization’s means of reproduction of information. Such an imbalance is degenerative and destructive of the potentials for cooperation between people within the civilization, as well as destructive of the overall evolutionary computational power of the civilization.

  32. The Founding Fathers put “freedom of speech” within the U.S. Constitution without detailing why they did, and what the limitations of this freedom are.
  33. The Founding Fathers also put “freedom of religion” in the Constitution without explaining why they did, or what the limitations of this freedom are.
  34. The U.S. Constitution does not explain why the Church, the House, the Senate, the President and the Electoral College were put into place and the specific purpose each was to serve in the United States.
  35. The purpose of the Founding Fathers was to prevent the institution of “demographic democracy” and to instead institute “state pluralism.”
