2. Get Fit enough to hike 20 miles carrying a 40lb pack and a ten-pound weight in your arms.

3. Follow any leader who will show the f—k up.

4. Shut the f–k up. Show the f–k up – And show the f—k up without asking questions. Because showing up is 50% of winning. And you aren’t in control, can’t be, and we create control only by showing up.
