PRESCRIPTIVE CONFLICT
by William L. Benge
Prescriptive Conflict: By describing conflagrations between groups in specific language and explicitly as “prescriptive conflict” we limit the possibility of r’s mis-framing the conflict (lying/ betrayal) midway, to escape reciprocity, and accounts preemptively for their typical “turn” toward the enemy; their switching loyalties for selfish gain; their opening the city gates at midnight for the right price.
Simultaneously, this term connotes the polity has exercised positiva to establish sound positions on all relevant matters internally and externally, present, past and future. And balanced this with negativa.
Positiva will manifest for outgroup interactions and ingroup legislation of policy. Policy shall form prescriptions, enforced in negativa.
Outgroups defiant of these prescriptions enact warfare.
Law, therefore, touches nearly all human action, except the required liberty for refinement, ASCENSION of the polity.
