We oughtta just buy russian military equipment. They are organized as a civilization to produce better military products than we are, and they have a superior military strategy. What they don’t have is rule of law, a high trust polity, and sufficient wealth and numbers to compete in the production of those weapons. If they supplied the west with weapons there would be symbiosis the same way that there is manufacturing symbiosis with Germany.
