Exit the Undesirable Members of Your Own Group (We have undesirables too)

If you make everything a race issue you can’t exit the undesirable members of your own group. If you make it about everything else, only your group, and members of desirable groups, will want to join. Think sh-t thru. Use incentives. Use incentives to achieve your ends. Simple is only good for advertising. Strategy is not advertising. It’s a goal. Everything else is a step toward a goal achieved by creating opportunities and seizing others opportunistically.
