—Given the current international political economy and the competition unfolding between the US and China. What economic instruments of foreign policies are being utilized to influence each other?— Quora User

THE CORRECT ANSWER:

  1. Europeans domesticated war instead of forming an empire.

(a) European history of war limited to states
(b) scholastic natural law,
(c) peace of Westphalia
(d) geneva convention,
(e) charter of human rights.

  1. China formed an empire because it could not domesticate war.

  2. The postwar strategy was an attempt to domesticate war not just among Europeans but internationally.

  3. European peoples presume this type of domesticated war as normal, natural, or deterministic. (It as abnormal as everything else European)

  4. This strategy failed. It failed because

(a) we failed to enfranchise Russia upon the fall of the soviet union with the equivalent of a Marshall Plan.
(b) we tried to make china a peaceful and peer member of the global community. So we alienated our natural allies and empowered our natural enemies.
(c) We have failed to treat Isalm (and Judaism for that matter) as we did communism and failed to suppress them. We allowed immigration that has brought nonconforming peoples into the western political system without requiring them to adapt to it (integrate).

  1. China has chosen

(a) total war (informational, technological, economic, political, military, strategic and yes, even demographic), and;
(b) Fascism (Intolerant State Capitalism), and;
(c) Chinese global supremacy.

AMERICAN POSTWAR STRATEGY:

  1. charter of human rights to force nations to focus on the internal improvement of the lives of citizens. Human rights are merely property rights under the Western natural law of sovereignty and reciprocity (scientific law).

  2. The purpose of this charter was to maintain borders (boundaries) so that states put effort into human rights.

  3. The offering was that the USA would enforce borders and human rights in exchange for:

(a) bearing the sole cost of policing the world system (pattern) of law finance, shipping, and trade
(b) granting free access to American markets and finance,
(c) bearing the sole cost of suppressing communism – since 1990 including Islamism, and American and European Jewish bolshevism (Progressivism).
(d) preserving the peace between states
(e) dragging the world kicking and screaming into the consumer-capitalist age
(f) in doing so drag the world into peaceful trade (Adam Smith etc).
(g) in the presumptive hope that another world war would be prevented -especially given the novelty of nuclear weapons.

  1. The unstated threat was that:

(a) Yes, all people have the right to self-determination.
(b) If you choose a method of self-determination that is hostile to the global ambitions (such as globalism, marxism, totalitarianism, expansionism) then you choose poorly.
(c) If you choose poorly the Americans (all Europeans really) will punish you for it.
(d) In this sense, the Americans merely inherited and manage the British empire without the benefit of the morality of the British royalty.

  1. The failure of this strategy is that:

(a) Europeans are genetically more evolved (Neotenous) than all but Japanese-Koreans – meaning that Europeans have spent more time suppressing the reproduction of the underclasses, and were almost entirely genetically middle class, with a minority of underclass populations. Whereas other than east Asia the rest of the world is predominantly if not vastly overwhelmed by underclass populations.

(b) Europeans are fairly homogenous, developed the militia, and the LAW as their first institution (not state or religion as the first institution). The first institution like any evolutionary process places limits on the second and third institutions (state or religion in whatever order you develop them).

(c) Europeans passed through the prehistoric world (developing law as their first institution and the primacy of man and the primacy of self-determination), the ancient world (reason, empiricism, and the primacy of man), the Christian world (exhaustion of forgiveness, and the promise of non-threatening behavior, and de-tribalism and de-clannification), the empirical revolution (restoration of Aristotelianism and reharmonization of our law with our education(religion)), the renaissance (restoration of Arianism and the Primacy of Man), literacy (restoration of self-determination by knowledge), the reformation (restoration of local government), the enlightenment (restoration of trifunctional government), and the agrarian, commercial, financial, industrial, and scientific revolutions. … No other people passed through these phases, and most did the opposite: primitivism of religion, or stagnation of statism.

(d) The rapid transition through conceptual, political, social, religious, traditional organizations was too much for people and is NOT IN THE INTERESTS of most civilizations with overwhelmingly large underclasses IN THE ABSENCE OF EUROPEAN COLONIAL GOVERNMENT to manage and moderate that transition. A such the world wars ended the colonial program, and abandoned the half-domesticated world to internal conflicts necessary to drag majority underclass populations through what is a majority middle class process of civilizing – and they have found themselves unfit for it. Why? Because in order to do so one needs (i) a genetically middle-class majority sufficient for the formation of a Pareto hierarch (markets) (ii) and a subpopulation of kindred (homogenous clans) under martial government, that enforces natural law (tort and property) and doing so with as little or no corruption possible. So far even India has found this impossible. China has found it impossible because it would cause china (an empire) like Europe to break into smaller states. (Like America is about to.)

THE UPSHOT

(a) democracy (preferential redistribution), republicanism (practical economic growth), and monarchy, (necessary military-strategic security) must be practiced together in a balance of powers; the balance of powers must be maintained under empirical rule of law; rule of law (the people), not the parliament, or any government, as sovereign; and as such the enlightenment project has failed. And the optimum government that produced the British empire as well as the northern European monarchies, was mistakenly abandoned for the false promise of endless material growth, the false promise of the nature of man, and the false promise of the malleability of man. Why? Man was not oppressed. He was domesticated like every other plant and animal. And domestication consists largely of culling those who are unproductive, antisocial, or criminal. The colonies weren’t oppressed. They were domesticated like all other natural forces, plants, and animals. And the process of domestication failed with the end of the American Eugenics program, and the postwar pseudoscience of the Jewish Marxists, Neo-Marxists, postmodernists, and feminists.

(b) Europeans will, like all other peoples, have to give up on their hegemony and return to the traditional historical world order of a conflict of civilizations, each managing its own resource and trade systems. We must isolate Islam and allow it to have its civil wars and form nation-states. We must close our borders OR limit it to university graduates in the hard sciences, and restore forcible integration.

Truth sometimes hurts. But it is still true.
