13. In P-Law (logic, science) we include motive, such that truth claims are claims of innocence of the crime of falsehood and deceit, warrantied by a promise of due diligence against ignorance, error, bias, and deceit, and liability for the consequences of falsehood.

12. This is the general problem faced by intellectually honest people. The broader problem faced by intellectually dishonest people, is rationality (motive).
