Black Africans, and even black Americans were 100% in hunting down blacks, delivering them to the beaches to sell to slave ships, ran by captains of all skin colors, blacks owned black slaves, sold black slaves, bred black slaves, and some of them even fought on the Confederate side to keep their black slaves.
