WHY I LISTEN TO WOMEN
I’ve been told consistently that the success I have had with relationships (women) is that I actually listen and seek to understand, despite the volume, loading and framing they do – which they NEED to. The benefit of listening to women is that it’s like getting an extra nervous system and brain that sees the personal and interpersonal world with the same resolution I see the causal and systemic world. Recognizing that value is why I listen to women. Recognizing it’s limits is why I regulate women’s influence in the economic, political, and strategic realms.
