So nobody can agree on christian (or any other) religious ethics either. So it’s not an argument. We teach teh dogma and let people work it out – or not.

The natural law isn’t like that. It’s universal. But… it’s universal in the negative: what’s immoral unethical and criminal. So people can choose between preferences and work out the good and come to agreement – or not. But they cannot choose badly, only better or worse than one another. And in many cases different choices of the good may be better for each group given their challenges and opportunities than choosing the same good for both.
