I started the institute in Kiev in ’12. We have just recently moved the legal entity to the USA under the expectation that I will not be able to return (though I want to). But there is still quite a bit of text and image out there with Kiev on it, just as there is “propertarian instititue’ instead of ‘natural law institute’. So for all intents and purposes PI is closed and NLI is born. 😉
