Love you Todd. lol
Reality: Allergies (we think) caused cancer. Cancer caused a compromised immune system. Because of compromised immune system, I had multiple illnesses. In particular, I keep catching pneumonia that’s increasingly hard to cure. Last time Sick in ’15. Cured in ’17. But then took full-time care of elderly mother thinking it was six months but it allowed her to live more than three more years, for me, under poor circumstances. And the stress and sleep deprivation made my health all worse. After she died I was able to get out of the house. In about 90 days I Caught covid. It wasn’t bad. But long covid lasted over a year and nearly ‘took me out’. No idea when I developed the low level pneumonia again during long covid, but it made it worse. Spent the past year and a half so far trying to recover. Only substantial progress since spring. Couldn’t really stand or walk much until march. Nor work more than two or three hours. Gradually improving and my faculties (that I thought were lost) are slowly returning to previous levels of ability.
Strict diet (mix between lion and carnivore) – though I do cheat a bit with pasta now and then. And requires a lot of water and sleep. Turns out my friends were right that caffeine was a major problem. So that’s out too.
Anyway, thanks for listening to my whining – if you did. 😉
Should I have taken care of my elderly mother? Very costly for me in money and health. Would I do it again? Absolutely, and I think everyone should. 😉
