Well, yes. Obviously. Moreover, I’m an expert in jurisprudence, comparative jurisprudence, and constitutional, legislative, and judicial reform, which is rather easy to demonstrate given the sad state of constitutional experts. But this isn’t a complex subject requiring much skill because it’s something every numbskull is taught in law school, and a quick search of the internet will explain it. 😉
