As such, as I intend to mean it, via-negativa, scientific, law(limits) with variable decision making (Schimdts problem), from the individual(aesthetics), to the polity(economy) to the monarchy(general, military) achieve maximization of ‘will to power’ for all those CAPABLE of it.
