That’s what Republics consist of: Rule of Law, within the limits of Natural, Common Law, and Concurrent Legislation. Not only do we live in a federation of States and not a country, but that federation guarantees us all a Republican Govt and NOT a majoritarian rule by mob.

I suspect you don’t understand the “Restoration of the Constitutional requirement for Rule of Law by concurrent(across cities, regions, and classes) legislation, common(empirical evidence of dispute resolution) law of the Natural Law (of individual sovereignty & reciprocity).
