So the question is where does authority(positive) or decidability(negative) come from?
1. Positive: Rule by Lying (politicians, priesthood, academics, public intellectuals).
2. Negative: Rule of Law (science, judicial).
3. Positive: Rule by Discretion (force, state, military).

All three are always present to one degree or another.
One is always dominant.
Judicial is best.
Feminine: Religion(Priesthood, Academy WORDS)
Neutral: Judicial(Judicial, Scientific, TRADES)
Masculine: Military(Authoritarian, State, FORCE)
