There are a number of ADHD drugs (stimulants) that modify neurochemistry (similar to caffeine) that facilitate neurotransmission (signal-to-noise ratio) that assist in holding attention (signal over noise) by increasing supply (volume), reducing resistance, or reducing reuptake.
