FWIW, it’s absolutely true that conservatives interpret progressives as ‘disgusting’ because they do in fact provoke the conservative disgust-purity-loyalty responses. (Interesting that they don’t articulate it.) Progressives interpret Masculine disgust(Rt) as Feminine fear(Lt).
