The legal test is ‘yelling fire in the theater’. Meaning you can’t generate a hazard. Now, I am, we are, trying to stop the left from generating hazards by false promise of freedom from nature’s laws. (abrahamism->marxism). Did Alex generate a hazard? (I don’t know).
