D, @SamoBurja, AFAIK, this set of sanctions is targeting CN AI research. AI research can continue, but constraints on processing power (for matrix math) only slow the work – not stop it. BUT nerfing chips prevents APPLIED AI in Mil applications where time does matter. (It’s Weak)
