@oonuch: Unfortunately, the long held western accusation of “Russian Barbarism” is confirmed by the second Russian attempt at a Ukrainian Holocaust, with the stated purpose of genocide, the war crimes, atrocities, tortures, rapes and pillaging, deportations.
It’s not just govt.
