11/n So I’m not fond of legislation (as anyone with any experience with my work will attest). On the other hand at some point we must realize that the only way to prevent the tragedy of a commons is either defensive ownership or offensive legislation.

10/n And only legislation can correct it if incentives persist despite massive market collapse – in this case the relationship, marriage, and reproduction market. And o, that market is collapsing. And as such we will run out of population w/ just 20 to 40 years of market failure.
