Wow. RU conscription is clearly structured to produce cannon fodder: bullet and shrapnel magnets. They aren’t taking the best. They’re taking the easy to get from poor regions and villages that can’t protest. Are the RU trying to overwhelm UA abilty to support prisoners of war?
