It’s wrong. Sure, it nailed the comorbid. And the comorbid were vastly among the elderly. But AFAIK given the imprecision of the data collection on individuals the utility of the vaccine on age alone is at best unattestable. Age=fragility. Illness=observation exceeding fragility.
