This is the correct strategy for neutalizing RU threat of escalation, but would transfer negotiating power from UA to NATO and I”m not sure that’s what they’d want.
IMO this is an easy ‘yes’ because it vaporizes RU annexation of UA territories. And allows trade of JUST crimea.
