I dont understand. They’re Russians. They’re demonstrating tribalism by not wanting to pay for commons determined by, used by, another tribe (Ukrainians). They want their own commons. Problem: They were relocated to UA by RU-USSR, like blacks to US cities. It’s UA land. So leave.
