Yeah. My female staff gave me a Darth Vader mask one Xmas – a subtle bit of humor. Truth is I listen to women. But like most CEOs I’m a calculator, and a competitor (predator?) And women can’t seem to do that without producing personalities that externalize undesirable behaviors.
