@dcaldwell48 @a06121988T @tedcruz a) b/c not all laws in the common law are written down b) in that law it’s unprecedented to prosecute a former president (or king), esp for procedure c) use of state force for political ends is criminal d) the documents have been delivered on request e) inequality of pursuit.
