My point is that the reason for ideological capture (the conversion of religion of false promise of freedom from the laws of nature by sophistry and supernaturalism to sophistry and pseudoscience) is our fault because we stopped defending the informational commons from fraud.

@peterboghossian @wil_da_beast630 Peter (w/great respect), common law decides guilt, responsibility, restitution, and prevention. Tort demands restitution even w/o intent, and adds punishment for failure of due diligence or intent.
Generosity is an excuse for evading responsibility for the informational commons.
