When we use the term ‘Decidability’ in the Science of Decidability and as a consequence, applied Decidability in the Natural Law, we mean (a) Value Neutrality by (b) Reduction to and Construction from First Principles: Limits(Causality). Choice and Preference are not ‘decidable’.
