(For clarity: I meant that the state can either finance and pay for defense against political activism via the court, or finance and loser pays. I prefer loser pays. And I prefer that we clarify the difference and priority between “decision, prevention, and imitation” therein.)

So, how do we disambiguate legal action for political rather than interpersonal cause? Easily. Also easy to make the state pay defense for political legal actions + loser pays.
