The tortuous claim was use of excessive force. One doesn’t need law school. One needs to have read the same books that law schools use, and preferably those of Blackstone, Rutherford, Milsom, Plucknett, Hayek & Epstein, vs the revolt against law by Rez Kelsen Dworkin & Hart.
