Because we don’t need permission to ‘climb the ladder’ and our peers congratulate us for ‘climbing the ladder’, and our peers congratulage us even if we fail at climbing the ladder. Why? More of us at the top make us stronger as a group. Why? Rule of Law not Rule of Authority.
