REPEAT:You (Canada) and UK have Rule of Parliament, arbitrary law (ideology, philosophy), Popular Majority. We (US) have Rule of Law, Natural Law(science), and Concurent Majority. This means that our constitution has to be altered if the parliament(congress) wants to override it.
