I should add to this insight on cultures, that these biases represent the ambitions of the agrarian classes in relation to the aristocratic classes during the transformation from agrarianism to industrialism.
CULTURE IS “STICKY” as we say in economics.

@PeterZeihan England is a middle class culture, Scotland is a Labor class Culture. Canada is a middle class culture, Quebec is a Labor class Culture. New England is an Upper middle class culture, the South is a lower middle class culture.
That and offshore north sea oil… 😉
