Boost of @LeDiableBlanc@curtd Church and state both mean government. The utility of faith is that it allows you to gain confidence without having confidence. That is to say, you can’t lie to the subconscious. If you haven’t programmed it to know that you can do a thing, it will know that you can’t do a thing. So, how do you bridge the gap? Faith acts instead of confidence in order to build confidence. The utility of faith. Control for the sake of security. Security doesn’t come from control.

TORBA FAILED OUR PEOPLE I think Torba’s gone ‘xian at all costs’. As I’ve said over and over again, you have to choose the priority between Faith(Religion), Law(State), and Blood(Ethnicity). The only possible means of success is 1. Blood > 2. Law > 3. Faith, because that is the only empirically possible, absolutely necessary, hierarchy of institutions that make all three institutions possible. Period. End of Story. And if you haven’t read Aquinas then you should. Because that’s what he’s saying. Fundamentalism is a cancer because its evil.
