It’s 6:00am in Kiev Ukraine. It’s about one hour before dawn. I’m watching the two main intersections in the city center by cam. Traffic is still very light. UA sky is empty of air travel but for 1 Polish and 1 Turkish flight. Russian airspace is clear all along the borders.
