Rule of law generates a market for the punishment of government people, just as it does for ordinary people. The problem? What we demand from rule of law must correspond to the laws of the universe or our rule of law is just rule of lies. @elbanna101 is saying this.

@mklixi This is the correct method of generating demand by the people for bettering themselves and bettering government. Why? Because it is false to believe if we only had good people in government we would have good government. No. Government corrupts all men.Rule of law is our defense.
