@LMasterBW (d) and that just as all nurture ‘dissipates’ with time, resulting in a genetic+kaleidic (idiosyncratic) outcome in adulthood independent of nurture.
(e) Likewise what applies to the individual applies to the polity – we eventually express our genetics at scale over time.
