(e) technically speaking this is a violation of weights and measures. (f) in general if you can be fooled for three seconds then it’s in fact fooling you (fraud). We know this from advertising and marketing research.

(a) unfortunately, eggs are about the best food you can eat (b) these products are bad for yo (c) they’re not honestly named – but I doubt would fool anyone. (d) if you intuit it dishonestly that’s actually the empirical measure of dishonesty.
