Under Trifunctionalism(faith, law, state) the law(dispute) and state(command) ar

Under Trifunctionalism(faith, law, state) the law(dispute) and state(command) are separate institutions. Why? Because the law produces via-negativa(must not) Rule, and the state a via-positiva(must) Command. We just enforce state command and legal dispute resolution in one court.
