I don’t differ much from either KMac, RDuchesne, other than I start from genetics, economics, warfare and law, and I pretty much ignore the literary tradition – which is how, unfortunately, the academy bases its research. Otherwise, all three of us came to the same conclusions.

@nequalita @yuyubie @TheFrancopolite And it was the french that were the most backward government in Europe, caused french utopian philosophy, the french revolution, and under napoleon destroyed the holy roman empire, and imposed napoleonic law (authoritarian) rather than anglo common (empirical).
