@MrJoePrich One of the major influences that ‘radicalized’ me into a revolutionary was spending time in court rooms watching ordinary laboring, working, and lower midddle class people be abused for what almost always originated in being poor, under duress, or threatened. This ‘process justice’ has replaced the sherrif, the clerecy, and the nobility in common education, facilitation, and dispute resolution. We throw everyone into the merciless competition of the marketplace unprepared for it and unprepared for life and family. It’s brutal.
When the state then committed unbearable sins against me and mine, i understood it needed to be replaced with a state that helped people into successful nagivation of modernity, not punishing them into submission.
This sick twisted ‘credentialist, procedural’ state has to be replaced with rule of law (of sovereignty and reciprocity) and *responsibility* for producing people who can succeed.
