As I’ve said it is POSSIBLE to keep both marriage and French-Canadian style Co-Residency, by restoring liability for interference in a marriage, or destruction of a marriage from within. So we CAN have both. But no common property, child support, alimony in either.

Marriage is no longer insured by the community against non-interference, and the subsequent externalization of costs of care for woman and offspring upon termination of that marriage – creating a moral hazard for all. So without that insurance, it has ZERO value over a contract.
