So the moral of the story is that if you’re going to go after increased sales you have to increase your quality because the downmarket intolerance for problems increases.
Hence Porsche quality was unrivaled – until they made the same mistake with the Cayenne.

@Lord__Sousa @ThruTheHayes @bryanbrey @WorMartiN @NoahRevoy @LukeWeinhagen @RealNightNation @WesternRenaiss2 @IzaacsGT (Yes, although the ferrari strategy was consistent over time (every Ferrari distributor and salesman knows this – as well as most of us owners) and it’s Maserati that ‘innovated’. The real problem for Maserati is that they produced sh-t transmissions and it blew their reputation.
