@Tayai There are dozens of peaceful reforms. They are however, almost always ECONOMIC reforms where the king or emperor has served as the insurer of last resort. What what you mean is that our problem is not only economic, but political. And political reforms are only insured by the people as the insurer of last resort – and they must use popular violence rather than state violencde to insure the reforms.
