4/4) We are all ‘different’ at the bottom, and the same in middle, and all ‘a problem’ at the top. This is why middle-class majority, commercial society, and middle-class government is so important. Only the middle has common interest at home and abroad.

3/4) Most of the india-china-west biz, science, cooperation problems are disappearing rapidly. As recently as the 00’s it used to be impossible to trust Indian and Chinese agreements for very different cultural reasons. But Internet and Commerce create middle-class ethics.
