@QuasiAnon @charlesmurray @Steve_Sailer 4) So while Northern Europeans have been under superior evolutionary conditions (colder climates), and for longer (least time under agrarianism and cities), and maintaining size and dimorphism while expanding behavioral neoteny the result is due to continuous internal selection.
