So, at the gym, a little dizzy, I ask one of the superfit women where the ‘tippy-toe machine’ is. (Meaning calf extension). This makes her smile, she takes me to it. And within five minutes she’s told everyone in the building, and they’re all having a good laugh. Me too. 😉
