The big problem with MBTI is that the test isn’t large enough. I tend to favor it for ordinary folks because it’s about the limit of their ability to work with. I was taught a similar method with thirty or so personality archetypes and that was even better.

@Claffertyshane Sorry. I don’t really know Jung well. I just go with the data. And I’m competent in Predictive Index, MBTI, Big5, and the other tests. The interesting observation is that the ladies got pretty close with jung – they’re only ‘off’ on ‘agreeableness’ (feeling). So pretty good.
